Yes. Every frame is a genuine, authorized-source designer piece — never a dupe, never a fake. If you ever doubt one, send it back and we'll cover the return and refund you in full.

Pick your lens type on the product page and either enter your prescription or choose to send it after checkout. We won't cut a single lens until we've received and checked it.

Prescription lenses get free remakes for 60 days — as many as it takes. Unworn frames and sunglasses can go back within 30 days for a refund; you cover the return postage and we'll email you a prepaid label. No restocking fee, no interrogation.

On any product page, launch try-on to see the frame on your face using your camera, or spin it in full 3D. Nothing is saved unless you choose to.

Free shipping across the US. Frames and non-prescription sunglasses ship to California too, but we can't currently ship prescription lenses there. Frames leave in 1–2 business days; prescription lenses take a little longer once we have your script.

Each product lists its measurements — lens width, bridge and temple, in millimetres. Compare them to a pair you already own, or use try-on to eyeball the proportions.
